PATRICIA DE LIMA
Patricia De Lima, born in Valencia Venezuela, felt an urgent need to be a communicator since she was a little girl. When it came time to decide what to study there was no hesitation, she studied journalism, publicity and marketing in her native Venezuela.
In 2004 she moved to Virginia and attended CSB Connecticut School of Broadcasting. As a graduating requirement, Patricia started an internship at WLZL, El Zol. Patricia’s talent, unique disposition and willingness to work on perfecting her craft were eminent and upon graduating she was offered to become production assistant and weekend on-air announcer at El Zol.
Since then Patricia De Lima has become one of the most charismatic personalities at El Zol, every day demonstrating an innate relationship with her audience.
Good ol’ hearted and childlike Chepe represents the heart, music, love of life and every day struggle of an immigrant from Central America and as such he is a favorite character both on air as in any local event.
As a sports fanatic, Chepe delivers his popular segment “Chepe y sus Pelotas” – the latest soccer news and results around the world as well as his review on local teams. This has prompted for Chepe to be a host for the Hispanic Heritage Celebrations for the Washington Nationals as well as DC United.

Rey Parker, also known as DJ Pegajoso, has been a radio personality at El Zol 107.9 for over a decade and is now co-host of the morning show. Parker is not only loved for his charismatic yet humble demeanor but also recognized as one of the most knowledgeable DJ’s in the DMV area and has had continuous performances in the Washington DC as well as in El Salvador and Panama.
Besides his on air shift, Parker is also the Music Director responsible for all on air music and content.

Henry Flo is one of DC’s native premier Latin DJ’s. He got his start in the mid 2000’s and made waves rocking house parties, clubs, and festivals in the DMV. Flo’s built a reputation for his versatility, uniquely crafted mixes and Hosting style.
His weekly segment “Flo o No Flo” on 107.9 FM, gives up-and-coming artists a chance to showcase their music and have listeners vote them into regular rotation. His high energy, creative and animated on-air style has kept listeners engaged, and has the entire metropolitan saying his catch phrase, DALE CON FLO!

Omayra showed an interest in dance, theatre and music since 4 years old; which prompted her parents to enroll her in performing arts academies. As a teenager she began teaching dance in her hometown of Salinas, Puerto Rico.
Her interest for entertainment led Omayra to study and work in Advertising & Public Relations, handling a variety of corporate and entertainment accounts within PR and US Hispanic Markets. In 2009, in a leap of faith Omayra moved to Washington DC, where she began working at CBS Radio.
Now, Omayra has joined our PM Drive “Dale Con Flo” as co host and traffic reporter; Omayra will also host Omy De Noche 7PM-10PM. Her engaging personality and passionate community involvement will bring a smart and sexy dynamic to El ZOL nights. She is a strong charismatic person who embodies the modern, aspirational and clever Latina woman.
